Hi man.So 2 months have passed since i began.
here is my new photo
...i dont think much changed, Im a little bit disappointed.I want to start eat more protein and do more cardio.I just started doing HIIT cardio its pretty amazing.And i started to working out 3+2( three days working out, two days rest) and cardio every day...Im thinking to start doing cardio twice a day.
so i have just two questions: 1.Is my "progress" ok for 2 months or i have to try harder?
2.TFor breakfast i eat 6eggs, cereal baguette, juice, i slice of salame.And my question is about that one slice of salame, Im not sure if you have salame in USA.Here is photo of my breakfast ingredients

is that one slice ok? because i got gag reflex every time when i try to eat eggs by itself.dont know why..it sucks.

So hanh i need some help. First of all I´m european so sorry for english:D
On photo: me 3 weeks ago, yeah im an fatass:D.
OK my stats: 16 years old ,185cm(6,1), three weeks ago i had 104kg(229pounds) now i lost to 99kg(218pounds)..Im one of that types who worked out for a "long" time but still no change.I think it is because i was always doing something besides working out...like 7years basketball and 2years mma. So i quit with it so i can finally make some progress in workring out.I started in 2.january with diet and i started doing cardio like a week ago.
My goal:lose weight and receive muscle gains (mainly lose weight:D)
Food: 7:00AM :6eggs,tomato,cereal baguette
10:00 AM: whey protein
13:00 A.M. chicken breasts,rice,frozen vegetables
15:30 P.M. chicken breasts,rice,frozen vegetables,strawberries( my biggest sin,cant live without strawberries:D)
GYM
18:30.P,M chicken breasts,rice,frozen vegetables,strawberries
21:00P.M fish+noodles or chicken breasts,rice,frozen vegetables
Cardio: everyday treadmill 30min.
GYM: 3times per week: chest+tricebs,back+bicebs,legs+shoulders
Ok that should be it now my questions:
Im happy with me losing weight pretty fast i did 11pounds in 3weeks so that is okay. But what bothers my is that muscle gain side. My friens have really good results with working out 3days,1day peace, then again 3days working out.One of them have even bodybuilder personal treiner who wined shitloud of prizes and he thought him that 3+1style... but some other bodybuilder told that its bullshit and i should workout one body part once max twice per week.But i have a lot of free time because of quiting on mma.Also im in the gym everyday because of treadmill so i have no problem with working out more.Actually i hope you will tell my that its ok to workout more often:D also when i work out my muscle is sore for a pretty long time,so should i workou in that 3+1 style even when i still have sore muscle from last trainenig 4 days ago?or how often sould i workout which bodyparts?Also is my food and cardio OK? pls help me man.You are big inspiration.Again sorry for my english its my third language.
